  These rooms have a king bed or two single beds. This room overlooks Kensington High Street or the Mews. The rate is for single or double occupancy, per room per night.

• DELUXE ROOM - £ 150.00 + VAT
  These rooms have a king bed or two single beds. 98% of these rooms overlook Kensington Park and Palace. The rate is for single or double occupancy, per room per night.

• JR. SUITES - £ 225.00 + VAT
  These rooms have a king bed or two single beds. They overlook Kensington High Street, the Mews or the Park. The rate is for single or double occupancy, per room per night.

• PARK SUITES - £ 325.00 + VAT
  These are one bedroom suites which have a king bed or two single beds. All suites face Kensington Gardens.

• LATE CHECK-OUTS
  The Royal Garden Hotel has asked us to draw your attention to the following check-out times and conditions for ILMC delegates:
  • Before 14:00 - free of charge
  • 14:00 - 18:00 - 50% of accommodation rate
  • After 18:00 - full accommodation rate

• NOTES:
  • We have managed to obtain virtually exclusive use of the hotel for the period of the conference, and every available guest room has been reserved for registered delegates.
    As space is at a premium, accommodation requests have been linked to conference registration this year in order to safeguard this exclusivity, and final confirmation of reserved rooms will only be issued once your registration details have been processed by the ILMC office.
  • All rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
  • To guarantee the quoted rate, all reservations must be received no later than 23 February 01. Booking requests after this date will be dealt with individually and are subject to availability.
  • Confirmation will be sent to you by us, in writing, within 24 hours of request (Mon-Fri).
  • Breakfast is not included in any of the above rates.
  • A one night non refundable deposit will be debited from your credit card.
  • Check out time is 12.00 Noon. Any requested late departures are subject to availability and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • All amendments to reservations must be done in writing!
