Comedy duo The Mighty Boosh are tying up with Vince Power's the Hop Farm Festival in the UK on the 5th of July creating "Europe’s most unique and spectacular festival experience".

Comedy duo The Mighty Boosh are tying up with Vince Power's the Hop Farm Festival in the UK on the 5th of July creating "Europe’s most unique and spectacular festival experience".

Promoters Power and Phil McIntyre say “We thought long and hard about putting on a comedy festival and convinced the Mighty Boosh that they were the right choice for the 1st major open air comedy festival of it’s kind.” One half of the Boosh, Noel Fielding said “We’ve never played a music festival before and a comic has never headlined at a festival before so we are seizing the opportunity and doing both!” . On the 6th July Neil Young headlines along with Primal Scream, My Morning Jacket, Guillemots and Rufus Wainwright.

Power promises that the now two day Festival will be "totally unbranded, no sponsorship, free of registration and without any VIP areas – with the aim of being a festival for the ticket paying, festival goer, returning live music to its roots".
