Maximo Park are urging fans not to buy tickets for their upcoming benefit
gig for London's Royal Marsden Hospital from secondary sellers - ie the online

Maximo Park are urging fans not to buy tickets for their upcoming benefit
gig for London's Royal Marsden Hospital from secondary sellers - ie the online
touts.
The band will play the show in order to raise money to help rebuild the
hospital's cancer unit, which burnt down earlier this year. But some tickets, as
tickets tend to, have turned up at inflated prices on various websites and the
band are urging fans not to buy from these sites saying "We work hard to keep
our ticket cost as low as possible and never like to see people pay more than
the slated price, especially when it's for such a worthy cause and people are
profiting from it".
