The Artic Monkeys and the Foo Fighters both picked up two BRITs at a ceremony hosted by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

 

The Artic Monkeys and the Foo Fighters both picked up two BRITs at a ceremony hosted by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

 

The Artic Monkeys, bizarrely dressed as hunters, picked up Best British Band and Best British Album and the Foo Fighters scooped Best International Group and Best International Album.

 

Kate Nash picked up Best Female and Mark Ronson won Best Male and Sir Paul McCartney picked up a Lifetime Achievement Award.

 

Your intrepid squealer didn't go the actual ceremony this year but imagines that vast amounts of alcohol was imbibed and much hot air produced - so in some parts of the music industry its business as usual then!
