The unstoppable Arctic Monkeys picked up yet more gongs winning Best British Band, Best Track for Floursecent Adolescent and Best Video (Teddy Picker) at the NME Awards.

Whilst not as important as the ILMC Arthurs, the  beacon of excellence in all things music, live and international, we must mention the other winners who included The Killers (Best International band), Klaxons (Best Album with Myths of the Near Future), Kate Nash (Best Solo) and The Enemy (Best New Band). Muse picked up Best Live Band and the Carling Weekender (now Leeds and Reading again) Best Live Event.
