The Police have now formally announced they would stage a reunion world tour this summer, more than twenty years after they recorded their last studio album together.

The tour will kick off in Vancouver on 28 May, before taking in the rest of North America (including the Bonnaroo Festival) then South America, Europe, Japan and New Zealand.
