The Virgin Mobile Festival USA will be rebranded as the Virgin Mobile FreeFest this year, and as you might have guessed, it's because this year's event is going to be free.

35,000 tickets will be given away by the phone firm to music fans who wish to see the likes of Weezer, Blink 182, Franz Ferdinand, Public Enemy, Jet, The National, Girl Talk, The Bravery, The Hold Steady, St Vincent, Wale, Taking Back Sunday, Holy Fuck, Pete Tong, Danny Howells and Lee Burridge .
